Attempts completely irgnored

Despite sharing my experience and engaging in multiple phone calls, the issue remains unresolved. Unfortunately, these interactions have yielded no tangible results to date. As previously stated, I am now seriously considering pursuing legal action against the company due to their unauthorized and continued deductions from my bank account.

The consistent alteration of reference numbers suggests a deliberate attempt to obscure their actions, which I find unacceptable and indicative of a broader pattern of disregard for customer consent.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the company's behavior and will take necessary steps to protect my interests. I will never ever recommend them to my family and friends.
