Hi, one of your agents called my dad and offered him the DSTV Explora Deal however bothered not to EXPLAIN how it works, on top of that my parents NEVER received your router but they were billed R159 pm. I called in and spoke to Zinhle and she provided ref *** for the cancellation I requested. I need the call recording for this sales cal to be pulled cause my dad wasn't told how this Hotspotter works, only today we find out that it can be accessed via public places. The service of your sales agents is appalling!!! If you call a person that is over the age of 60 ensure that you explain exactly what the product is and how IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE SALES CALL TO MY DAD NEEDS TO BE PULLED OUT AND LISTEN TO, WHATEVER LINK YOU PEOPLE WERE SUPPOSED TO SEND OUT TO HIM WAS NEVER SENT. ONLY NOW, THAT WE CALLED ZINHLE ADVISED THAT MY DAD WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A LINK THAT REDIRECTS HIM TO REGISTER A PROFILE….MIND YOU MY PARENTS ARE NOT TECH SERVEY!!!!! THIS CALL NEEDS TO BE PULLED OUT AND LISTEND TO, IF YOUR SOP’S OR SCRIPT WERE NOT FOLLOWED IN THIS CALL I WANTS A REFUND TO MY DAD!!!!!
