Angry client - BAD SERVICE

I was called by on Air TV that is in Partnership with DSTV,their consultant sold me 2x Explora decoders, and said it's their promotion, if I agree to buy it, I'll be paying R139 x 24months and decoder has features like, catchup, recording etc, only for the price mentioned and installation is free, I asked him if I will be expected to pay for other services for that Explora, she said no. I only pay R139 and I get all the service he told me about, i even asked if there will be a need to pay for extra view and he said no, only if i add the 3rd decoder an then i will have to pay for extra view. I agreed to take up the contract, based on his promises, they came to install the decoders and when i called DSTV - Multchoice to connect the decoders they refused to cnnect te 2nd decoder advising that i will have to pay for extra view. I tried to explain the deal i got but they refused to budge They said that they will send a complaint/request for the onair department to call be but still no one called. i even called DSTV for the 2nd time and they still promised that someone will call and im still waiting. i called the onair tv call centre number and complained about the same thing, they also advised that somebody will call me to solve my problem but no one called. i called several times there after and i was promised that managers will call me until today im still waiting. you know the worse part is that they had gt to double debit me last month, and they also double debited me again this month and when u call them, u still get the same answer, a manager will call u to solve this problem but nobody does. Can somebody PLEASE HELP. IM SO GUT FOL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY MAKE ME SO MAD. im sure thatthey went to listen to my call and they found out that what im saying is true and they dont even have the decency to call me to solve this problem, they are deciding to keep quite. SO ****SEEEDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM STILL SITTING WITH THIS ****** PROBLEM AND ITS ABOUT 3 MONTH LATER.
