Angry Client

I received a call from the most rude agent this morning. I made a debit order arrangement of R256 which did not go through this morning Lungelo Sibisi who informed me that my account has arrears of R1500 and my total balance of the account is R2400, last month I was informed that the account is owing a total of R1200 to be closed, but this month my balance is changed. The agent 1 states that he's working at home they do not have offices yet I can hear other agents working when asked of the noise he started giving me attitude. This company is ripping it's clients off and hires useless agent who gives you attitude when you ask relevant questions. I am sick and tired of this and I need answers and relevant people to talk to cos their WhatsApp line never responds and their calls goes unanswered.
