*********** and useless Company

One of Onair people convinced me that I must take the new DSTV decoder with wi-fi and it is such a nice think to have and the wi-fi is so good. After I received it, I saw it was a MTN router and I already had problems with MTN signal where we stay but this one was even worst. I stopped the wi-fi with MTN and send their decoder MTN router back, but it is impossible to stop the debit orders. I have spoken to about 50 people this is after waiting an average of 30 till 45min to get an answer. Till now after many months my account is still not sorted out. STAY AWAY FROM ONAIR
