Am so frustrated to have it lying in my house

A consultant phoned nd said my decoder that ama using is an old model therefore He will upgrade it yet it was false Advertising. HIS name is Mzoxolo.l received the same model as the one that l have.l have foned u people so many times to come fetch yr decoder nd while I said u investigating a debit order went off my account .Hw so l don't know Please l don't want anything to do with I people just come fetch decoder nd stop false advertising.
