ALERT ONAIR BIG ********!!!!!!

This is a company that is busy making money for providing bad services. A sale agent sold me a product and told me its a 12 months contract but its more than 12 months and they are still debting from my account even now. When I call them they told me its a 24 months contract while it wasnt part of the agreement and asked them to provide for me proof that states its a 24 months contract they didn't. I asked them to also send me the recording of the call they didn't send me. Where does it show that I agreed on the terms? This people are ******** and they are ripping people off.
