After I reported a fault on their device now they said I should wait for 6 - 10 working days
After I reported a fault on their device now they said I should wait for 6 - 10 working days. After two weeks of waiting now they say 10 - 13 working days. They blaming skynet couriers but they have not even updated me. I made the call after 6 working days to check how far then they said they are still within their time. Now after 10 working days it’s 13 days now. Pathetic. However I am still paying for this device
