Affecting my bond application

This service providers is dishonest, I am listed and this is affecting my home loan application. Onairtv listed me for a service I never received from them as I cancelled before installation and their decoder was collected. I regret everything trying to give such a dishonest company my details and a chance cause this is affecting me negatively. I refuse to pay for a service I never received. Their call centre never answers and their email for support just as useless. Most terrible thing I have experienced
