Adverse credit report inputs.

After reading reviews about this company on this platform, I now regret ever signing up with this company in the first place. In July 2021, I agreed to take a DSTV Explora decoder from them. The decoder was delivered as promised and installed. I have a debit order on my bank account that runs every month and pays my bill every month without fail. I was surprised when all of a sudden, there was an adverse input on my credit report by ON AIR TV, claiming I missed payment for the month of March 2022. This knocked down my credit score by 32 points straight away. I immediately called their call centre and complained about this. The lady I spoke to apologized for the mistake and promised that the adverse input on my credit report will be corrected within 14 days. A month later, it is still not corrected and my credit score is still not down. What kind of a company is this that cannot look after its clients to make sure they have a happy clientele - that will in turn result in more business coming in. It's a simple business principle but they fail to understand this. I regret signing up with them.
