hi. i was called by onair tv in december last year with a deal on the upgrade of my dstv. i took the deal and there the trouble started. i asked that my installation be done later in year as im relocating but will pay the 199. they agreed to this and started deducting on 1st March. all went well untill a younf lady called me stating m in arrears. i said its immposible as it went of from march and every month since. she claimed february.... grr. ok so i explained it to her. she didnt understand. i have spent 127 on airtime trying to get and answer. how these people are still in business God only knows. never in my 46 years have i met or spoken to anyone more useless than these. i have lodged complaints on there web page have had no response 103898 ref number. today i thought id go to the installer they told me would be doing my installation. on ariving there hes wife told me they dont deal with onair tv at all anymore and they dont know who does the reason being they are not getting paid. i have requested they come and fetch there goods and i will write of the 3 mnths i paid. i have had no response. they cant even tell me who owns the businrss. they do not know there managers names. they slam the phone down when you ask CUSTOMER CARE why so many complaints about them. i will defnitely be seeking legal advise on this as a matter of urgency.
