Why customer services are so rude? I dialed your number ***- for accounts press 1. then i chose one only to speak to a rude consultant for 15 minutes who cannot assist only to escalate the matter to accounts. why am i requested to press 1 to speak to accounts?

This has nothing to do with training the lady she's so rude exposing what kind of a person she is we not sure what family is she coming from , maybe they did install the manners when she grew up but life made her to uninstall the manners.
