Absolutely no customer service

Received a Streama, cancelled within the cooling off period , no customer service. I asked for tech support which is no existent. No replies on whatapp. I was told the contract is cancelled but nobody follows through. Very quick to make a sale but no follow up. Hit and run. 2 month laser streama is still here and my account is debited. Service is terrible as nobody gets back to you. Promises of a phonecall never happens. Worst service ever. Do not fall for the sales pitch.
