I took a subscription for an Explorer Ultra with this company and was told it was a plug & play. When I plugged my device it did not play & upon calling Multichoice it was brought to my attention that I needed an installer. I was deliberately told lies that it was a plug & play while it is not that. I called customer care & the lady I spoke to insisted it is a plug & play despite what multichoice is saying. I am now faced with an installer costs which I am definitely not going to pay. I have been trying to cancel & they want me to pay cancellation fee for an item that never worked. Please stay away from this ****

27 Dec 2023, 20:39This Onair TV contacted me & promised to investigate the matter & indeed they did so & reverted back to me with the outcome. They confirmed that their sales agent withheld information during sale & that I have a choice of getting my installer (to be refunded later) or cancel the contract. I canceled the contract & they promised to fetch their device but indicated that debit orders will go through until they get the device back. I have have been promised collection of the device for weeks now & everytime I call they blame it on their courier (Skynet) for failing to collect. It's clear that they are delaying their collection so that they can debit me for nothing. The only option is to go through legal route & even try to claim interest on the monies debited from my account. Again, please stay far from these ******!
