abhorrent service - cannot finalise and close account

We received an ONAIRTV decoder However, it does not work with our DSTV setup (which ONAIRTV confirmed in later discussions) Within 1 day of delivery we informed ONAIRTV and requested cancellation of the contract Suffice to say - after now almost 7 months and dozens of emails and phone calls and even paying the ******ion return fee of 350 - they still send demands for outstanding accounts

I would not do any business with ONAIRTV ever
