A very bad service ever

On air misled me by selling an explorer decoder and said it’s a price lock for 24 months that comes with PVR ACCESS, a dispute was logged and I’ve requested a call recording since it’s their word against mine, they failed to provide me with a call recording, I have sent them an email that they can invite me via Skype to be able to listen to the call, till today, no one came
