My dad received a call in December for an offer of 2 explora decoders for R119 each. At the time he assumed that it was the DSTV price lock offer and decided to take up the offer. The guy who sold him the deal did not make make him aware that this offer does not include the DSTV monthly subscriptions. He asked the guy who made him the offer to call and confirm thhe deal with we, they also said they would be coming for installation. They never called me or even showed up to install anything but they have been debiting my father R149 since last month for nothing, this company is a *******. All we want to do is cancel this misleading sale, because why would they charge someone for something they never even delivered.
