a bag of promises

I am the latest statistic to being at the other end of empty promises and bad service. I too fell into the trap of this wonderful deal that was sold to me. Only to find out later its just load of bull and no delivery. I received my packaged a few days after I bought into OnAir Tv's offer. I was given an installer number to call, only to be told they do not do any more installations for OnAit Tv as they do not pay their installer. This I heard personally from two installers. I then decide to have a look at what HELLOPETER has to say, was I shocked. two day ago I spoke to a OnAir TV consultant, she assured me an installer will be allocated and will contact me the very next day. it's pretty clear that OnAirt has no regard in offering good service and could not really what the general public has to say on HELLOPERTER. what is surprising, after every complaint loaded, you get the same response word for from OnAirt TV, as if its automated.
