You guys are a bunch of ****mers.

My mom was offered a package by you guys and was advised that she would get a decoder and a satellite dish and she would pay R279 for both. The decoder was delivered, however, there was no Satellite dish. She then called and advised that she hadn't received the dish and was told that you guys were still looking for someone to go and do the installation. To date, we still have not received the satellite dish and still waiting for someone to come and install it. You guys have been trying to debit her account but for what when this thing has not even been installed yet and is still in its box?

When we try to cancel we are told we are unable to cancel but why should we be paying for something we are not using?
