These people called me claiming they’re calling from multichoice, the only reason I entertained them. They offered me this new decoder and told me I really didn’t have a choice and they were very insistent and said I had to sign for package. About two weeks later I call DSTV asking them to cancel my entire subscription altogether because I don’t understand these charges, they told me they know nothing about it. Now they’re refusing to take back the product claiming I have a 2 year contract with them. They’re basically a ****, I’ve asked for the telephone recoding and am still waiting.
