3 Months waiting on a refund.. Absolutely Atrocious Service

Absolutely Atrocious service. Been waiting for over 3 Months for a Refund. Had to supply a bank statement. Keep getting emails about technical issues and they cannot process my refund. I am getting a legal company involved to recover my refund due to me
