********* company, after the 24 month period ended they kept taking the monhtly installment from my account. After it has been seemingly resolved they are still taking an amount monthly for some sort off add on although the instruction was to cancel everything. Looking at other comments this seems to be normal business tactic of their instead of an honest mistake
