Need advice

The hr person of the company had sent me uif document and told me that I need to have it uploaded , my knowledge of it was that the employer was meant to do but in any case I didnt try to do it ,when i did try to do it i was told that my employer was not paying uif for me but on my pay slip is shows that uif was taken every month ,they have sent me a letter stating the company is closed now , so I'm left without a job and without been able to receive uif Anybody that can share some advice with me It will really help me out
