Terrible massage at in touch thai spa norwood

Hi there please note I visited in touch thai spa yesterday afternoon would like to share my experience with the public. We have been to this spa often and we always book amy and other the****** who has left and gone back to Thailand. So yesterday I booked and got Jessica and Vicky this and we had a terrible experience at the spa. Firstly my husband who had jessica he could not walk this morning with all the pain he has on his legs and back. This lady was so hard and hurt him so badly. He told her several times to go softer but she did not understand because they dont know English very well. I had vicky who was in a rush like her had to go somewhere and her massage was not nice at all because I felt more stressed out and yet we went to have a relaxing session and we came out feeling more stressed out. So after my session I asked the receptionist for the owners details she give a a email address which I tried to s end and email through however it came back. So I called the spa again and left a message for the owner to call me its now 3.07pm and still no call from the owner. So they wont care about customers so why should we support this spa again.
