Impressive service

I have been taking my watches here for years for replacement batteries & repressurisation. This last Friday I was particularly impressed though, as I took in two watches. One to get a new battery & pressure resealed, & another brand new watch to get links removed to fit my wrist. After leaving & getting a couple blocks away I realised I forgot to ask them to set the time on the new watch. So I called & asked if I could come back to get the time/date etc set, as I had no clue how to do so myself, & they agreed. This was amazing because it was very nearly closing time on a Friday & by the time I arrived it was past closing, yet they assisted me anyway at no additional charge. Amazing service! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business!
