My Hyundai

I took my car to this mechanic for my release bearing to be replaced with a new clutch kit. On receiving my vehicle after the repair My radio is broken, my car refuses to accelerate properly feels like the tires are flat, He claims to have replaced a slave cylinder but cant supply the old part , the clutch still feels spongy, the starter motor makes a singing noise now when starting the car and lastly the gearbox makes a singing noise when it accelerates in first second and third gear. When I phoned him to ask him about all these things that where wrong I was told I am lying or I don't know what I am talking about. However I have the towing companies report that checked almost all these items with me on collection and further more the report I got from the Hyundai agents saying the car was in good condition with a full check list 2 months earlier when it had its 90000 major service. Lastly this Jo guy swore at me in extremely fowl language after me repeatedly asking him nicely not to continue his swearing. I would NEVER recommend him and will peruse this legally.
