Unresponsive and Unprofessional – Disappointing Experience with OTMA

We recently reached out to OTMA Moving Company via email to inquire about their services and had an unexpectedly poor experience. Despite sending multiple follow-ups, we never received a single response. For a company in the service industry—especially one that deals with customers' personal belongings and logistical needs—this lack of communication is surprising and disappointing.
