Disappointed

We use them on the 29th April 2022 to move our belongings from one house to another while they were busy wrapping everything we just heard a loud noise and it seems that they broke my big mirror in my main bedroom they took photos and the owner Andre whatsapp me to confirm. Nothing happen after and did not hear anything from their side. I eventually whatsapp Andre to find out whats going on he then said that their insurance will not cover it and that we have to fix it and then they will perharps pay some of it. A few days later while unpacking I notice my Huawei tablet was taken out of a sealed box and just the cover was left behind so that we will not notice that it was gone. I contact them again and they did not respond to my messages and eventually responded with excuses and that their guys will not do that and wanted to blame it on someone else. I just want the tablet back or be refunded for it. Like I said I did message them and email them still waiting for a response
