Bad experience and accused for the missing sooon

Slept at this from the 01 of July till the 05 July 2025. On first day of checking in upon requesting for the iron we were told that no ironing is allowed in the room which we understood, then we requested to iron for ourselves using their laundry room, they also refused saying we need to pay the lady to iron our clothes, and that we did not mind to pay. In the cold weather I was only told the following day that the heating function on the aircon is not operating amd offered to chenge the rooms to sleep on the single beds of which I explained that i do not want to. Upon arriving on the 4th from work the lady told us about the water disruption which affected certain b&b’s around the area so we will not have water, they knew not until when, as a guest I would have appreciated to see a 5 liter bottle of water in my room to do the essentials, but they did not even provide that. My colleague on the 5th asked that we just leave because we could not even brush our teeth there nothing coming out on the taps, we made courtesy call to the lady to let her know we leaving, she came running not worrying that we did not bath/ shower, she came to ask us about the s**** missing in the room and she did not want us to leave without finding this s****, I even offered to pay for it, she knew not how much was it. The did not change the bedding during my stay, they also did not change my towels. I would never advise anyone to go and sleep at that place serving a cold breakfast each day.
