Uncalled for customer service

The service i've recieved at On The Dot is beyond ***********. I ordered a Dstv explora with Multichoice a month ago. On The Dot has been playing hide and seek and still today i have not received my order. Everytime i contact them they set a different date and i have to be the one calling them all the time. It is really annoying and i'll probably never courier anything with them in the future. I have never seen such customer service.
