terrible service

I have been told repeatedly that our decoder will be delivered and 2 weeks later and im still waiting with no decoder. When the call centre woman phoned yesterday i told her what my issue has been and she laughed at me. I proceeded to tell her i wasnt amused by the delay and she then said shes laughing because it keeps happening. I told her i didn't think it was amusing and then she said she was laughing at the bad line. then i said i wanted to speak to a supervisor and she said no. Then she said her supervisor isnt there and i cant speak to her because shes in johannesburg. Then she said the supervisor isnt a woman its actually a man. Then she spelt jabulani for me as if i couldnt understand english. I was extremely irritated by the unprofessional and concealing attitude shown by her and by this company in general. Im still waiting for the decoder and havent heard any feedback. Apparently according to multichoice the courier service has had the decoder for two weeks.
