TERRIBLE COURIER - DO NOT USE!!!!

According to the tracking information on the 27th of November they attempted to deliver my parcel but nobody was home. Then on 30 November the delivery was refused by the recipient. I was home on both days (the whole day) and no courier was at my gate with this delivery. I received no phone call from them to say that they are trying to deliver, NOTHING........... Now who was this recipient that refused the delivery on the second attempt???? ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, I cannot believe that a company like The Foschini Group can use this useless courier service to deliver online orders. Do you have no pride in customer service??? PATHETIC!!!
