Still no success Media24!!!

Again I have to complain about the delivery of my magazine subscriptions! I am sure that if Marie Claire was aware what their media companies were doing they would be horrified! I have been in contact with Tarren Robyn van Willigh at Media24 and she has been helpful to a point. I have to keep reminding her every single month to send through my magazine - why should I have to do this? It is such a waste of time and I quite frankly think it is such a bad service that if a magazine offers the subscription to printed magazines then they should be deliver as promised! I have had to do this since April 2014!!!! After the battle Tarren has been couriering the magazines herself as the courier company they use is useless but every month I have to remind Tarren. Please can this be resolved otherwise I need a complete refund and actually buy the magazines on shelf myself! <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Media24 Magazines to On the Dot by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
