Slow for courier company

You can never get hold of anyone and there isn't information on the tracking number either. A parcel of mine was collected by them on Tuesday 28 June as per their tracking number and until today 4 July, I've received nothing and no feedback from them. When I call in I keep being transferred to a lady who doesn't ever seem to be at work.
