Refund

Good day<br> <br> Myself and my husband ordered books in February and we were given the indication that the books will be available in 14 day,however they never delivered nor communicate anything, until April when we requested refund and the were given all the information that they needed, then two weeks back they said there will not refund because that was the special order and the books are there already, we told them that we do not need them anymore due to the fact that they had not deliver on time and they do no longer serve any purpose to us anymore since we wanted them in February and now we want nothing but the refund because the books are no longer needed. They always say they will get back to us and they never do and yet they have not yet deliver.<br> <br> Please assist us as we do no longer need those books but our money back.<br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br> Regards <br> Buyile
