Promises no delivery

I ordered an explorer decoder, Multichoice sent the details on 16/03/2015 that it will be installed within 3 days now it is there 24/03/2015 i had to call and find out what is going on, I spoke to Chikina who says someone will call me next week, this is poor service delivery I was promised 3 days for installation theres still nothing. I expect this to be resolved today for i will not be home next week. My order number is ***,i will be home today waiting for installation.
