Poor service
I'm waiting for a parcel since 24 Aug 2022. I tried to phone them, without any answer. I end an email without any responce.

09 Sept 2022, 06:58Very poor service. Please, never order something from Media24shop and On the Dot. You will never recieve your parcel. They will never answer your emails or pick up the phone when you are calling. You will listen to music till your airtime is used up.
