Pathetic couriers

The driver didn't phone me to inform me that he has arrived with my parcel he just left it at the building reception. He still didn't call to tell me that he left my parcel at the reception. I am not happy with this, because I was in my room the whole day and if I went out I would have given the driver instructions to leave the parcel with a person I trust. The reception lady told the driver to call me and let me know but the driver refused and said I don't pick up my calls and yet I didn't receive any call. I sent the company whatsapp message and email complaining but they didn't even bother to respond. I'm very upset about this level of unprofessionalism and pathetic ***** who do not care about safe delivery of customer parcels.
