pathetic couriers

I am extremely annoyed and angry that your courier company did not make a decent attempt to contact me this morning for my delivery.

I understand that I may not have been at my desk at the time to answer my extension, but surely the courier could have made a call to my cell phone advising me of his presence.

I checked with the receptionist who confirmed he did arrive and she called my extension, but she suggested since I did not answer he try my cell, which he rep**** "no" to.

This is unacceptable that no proper attempt was made to contact me after I paid an additional fee for Express Delivery and would have answered my cell had he called.

I am extremely disappointment and angry since this is a gift which I now have to wait for!

I suggest TFG replace their couriers with a more reliable company.
