Package still pending delivery

I have no idea why I do not have my order delivered yet but the hub in my area is 7.833 Km (4 miles) away from me! 3 Business Days and counting. I could have even walked and retrieved this package faster than they are taking to deliver it.

Status in tracking is Parcel ready to dispatch - since Friday 2022-09-02 10:58 and it is now 2022-09-07 and still no package.

Give up on calling them because they NEVER answer their phones.
