On the dot - service lower than poor!

On the dot courier services is very poor . I do not understand how is it that you do not make calls to notify the person you are delivering a parcel to that you are on your way to them. I have been waiting for a parcel with goods that i have bought with my money and you are busy playing hide and seek with me. How do you make deliveries after working hours and think you will find me at work? To make matters worse you do not even notify me that you make deliveries after working hours even though your offices are closed because i have tried to call since friday afternoon but only getting voicemail. If there is a word lower than poor, that is what your services are!
