On the dot is a ****!!!!!!!!

If it was possible I would score On the dot couriers 0. My package has been out for delivery since Friday 25/02/2022, today the date is the 28th of February still no delivery from them. The courier company is clearly a **** and I'm just disappointed that MR PRICE decided to use that useless company to "deliver" goods for them.
