ON THE DOT COURIER WORST EVER COURIER COMPANY

Multi Choice use On the Dot Delivery for their Decoders. My decoder has been delivered to someone, somewhere without contacting me for delivery. ON THE DOT courier service should not be used anymore for any service. The do not follow the protocol. They have delivered to wrong address, wrong person and now I am paying for a decoder that is not with me. I would suggest that DSTV use another delivery service. I am still waiting after email, telephone calls to On The Dot to come back to me. Awful experience awful service
