On The Dot courier service more like Lies On The Dot courier

On The Dot is the worse courier service I have dealt with. I did an express delivery with them with the product I bought from New Balance. They are lying on their tracking site says NOBODY HOME. I stay in an Complex inside an Estate. I am always called by the Estate when Delivery comes to give permission. Nobody walks to my door as they alleged on the tracking site. The should be called Lies On The Dot
