NOT so OnTheDot bad collection and delivery service

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for Multichoice OnTheDot couriers to deliver my router that i also waited 2 weeks for them to collect.. I want to know WHY their service is NOT OnTheDot!!! ..escalations amount to nothing im just being plainly ignored!!!!
