My subs was cancelled

I am very displeased with the debit order that went through on my account this morning without my permission.<br> I cancelled my subscription the day you guys failed to delivery my magazines and this is over a year ago.<br> I don't want anything to do with ON the Dot and would really appreciate if you guys refund my account asap
