Made to wait whole day for no delivery

I received a message early on Monday that my Multichoice decoder would be delivered, I contacted on the dot and this was confirmed by them, since I chose my work address as delivered address, I was made to wait until night, today I called again, nobody seems to know what's going on. I will not be at my work place due to training purposes and I am.worried since they don't seem to keep promises.
