Lazy on the Dot Lady

The most pathetic courier company!!! I received my tracking number and a notification that my parcel will be delivered on 25/05/2018. I have arranged for someone to be present at my property to collect the delivery. When I made use of their online tracking system it states business closed. I phoned their customer services and spoke to a Lazy Lady (who heard that working can **** you and she is not prepared to take that risk) lazy to say the least and not helpful at all. She informed me that the couriers could not find anyone home. I told her that I stay in a complex and that no-one buzzed the gate in order for it to be opened. We make use of a gatekeeper system and my phone did not ring once. She rep**** by informing me that the couriers does not phone people when they arrive at their properties. I told her that she is misinformed as they do not need to phone me from their cellphones when they buzz the gate my phone rings automatically!!!

Her reply was the couriers already left your area and you can expect delivery during the course of next week. I told her this is unacceptable and I will not tolerate this type of behavior! I asked to speak to her manager where-after she decided to hang up the phone!!!

I phoned them again and spoke to a gentleman who immediately gave me the outsourced courier company's details and asked me to contact them directly as they will make a plan to deliver the parcel to me asap.

On the Dot: Stop wasting your money on paying employees like the Lazy Lady who is NOT WILLING TO HELP!!! and give the gentleman who helped me within a few seconds a raise!!!

If I accepted the Lazy Lady's instruction I wonder when the parcel would have been delivered?

Guess what Lazy on the dot Lady: The couriers delivered my parcel within a half an hour after I have spoken to them.

Lazy on the dot Lady take some advice from me: Doing what you get paid for will not **** you, it will actually calm your conscience when you receive your pay at the end of the month!!!
