late delivery causes cancelled xmas plans

This *********** company employs people with attitude problems and people who do not work. Dstv despatched the decoder to them on the 24th and to date I'm still waiting - I've had to cancel all my plans and stay home since the 24 th. Thd company cannot work to save their lives and if I were dstv, I would get someone else to do the .as they clearly prefer their leave to actually doing what they get paid for. * delivery takes 6 days...so now my holidays are spent waiting for retards to deliver they probably won't respond to this complaint because they are too busy hour holiday.
