Your delivery courier company, called On The Dot, must change your name, because they completely missed it. I want my wife to be refunded immediately. If not, I will talk to my bank, where I have access to lawyers, to make a case against your store. They sent an email that the goods will be delivered today. (02-09-2017) After my wife enquired, and tracked the items, they said that it has been delivered......I wonder where, because we still don't have them. Taking# ********** 01498. As a business owner myself, I have made peace with companies like this, where they promise you the world, but can't deliver. I WANT OUR MONEY BACK... Thank you.
